In a landmark year celebrating 100 years since women were granted the vote, Royal Bank of Scotland brought together Scotland’s most inspiring, like-minded and motivated women at a series of four events across the country. The purpose of these events was to encourage businesswomen to connect, support one another and thrive together.
Hosted by podcaster and author of Ctrl, Alt; Delete and The Multi-Hyphen Method, Emma Gannon, the series traveled to Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow to celebrate and connect women at all stages of their careers. Black Light provided a comprehensive package of set, lighting, sound and project management.

Venue liaison and advancing
Onsite operation and delivery
Black Light regularly work with the team at Stripe Communications to deliver events that stand out from the crowd, and the 100 women series was no different.
They asked us to assist in delivering a unique set design from their initial concept that didn’t feel ‘too corporate’. We brought together our experience in the conference sector with our creative skills to provide a comprehensive package of set, lighting, sound and project management to supply an all-round solution.
“The Royal Bank 100 Women events were a huge success and we could not have done it without Black Light. Thomas and the guys felt like an extension of our team and did an amazing job turning our creative vision into a reality. The Black Light planning and execution process was flawless, and I look forward to working with the team again soon!” Tara D’Agostino, Account Manager
